Listen to your body is the best advice. I eat breakfast and have my entire life. I’m hungry, like really hungry, about 90 minutes after I get up. I’m an early riser, 5:30 or so, and almost always eat around 7:00/7:30. I work out or run 6 days/week, but in the evening. Eat a small lunch and a late dinner. I’m vegetarian and would be vegan except for eggs. I don’t revolve around food …I’m small, active, healthy. My point is that one size doesn’t fit all. I agree there’s no reason to eat breakfast if only because you think you should, but neither should breakfast be skipped only because the Kellogg’s were liars.
