Thanks Janis. I think when women my age growing up it was really empowering to know women’s roles were expanding and we could do anything we set our mind to; my dad was so amazing about reinforcing that to his daughters. I think the unfortunate side effect was that we really did think we could be superwoman! Many of us learned the hard way superwoman comes at a cost. Congratulations to we who have found balance.
